Retained Campaigns

Retained recruitment offers our best service to clients who invest an initial fee to register a vacancy with JDT Recruitment. We engage an exclusive and detailed recruitment process outlining how best to represent the client, their values, culture, successes and business direction to suitable candidates.

This is the preferred method used by clients that want to achieve the best outcomes on roles of all levels, especially senior positions. Additionally we suggest going to market with a branded advertising campaign on selected job boards. JDT Recruitment cross-market using multiple social media platforms, networking opportunities and internal database marketing.

Retained campaigns will always attract the best candidates to your business.

Contingency Recruitment

Contingency search offers the client an opportunity to register a vacancy at no initial cost with a higher fee attached to the placement of a successful candidate.

Time is often a key factor using this recruitment methodology and is best used for intermediate or mid-level roles. For more difficult roles to fill, this recruitment type is used on an ad-hoc basis allowing clients to be made aware of candidates that become available or start searching new roles.

Contractor / Temporary Staff

JDT Recruitment engage with clients requiring specialised staff for a minimum of three months. Candidates enter into a three way agreement to work for JDT Recruitment seconded to the client on an hourly rate basis.

Candidates are covered with suitable indemnity insurance through their own means or through an external provider which covers white collar roles only.

Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO)

We can tailor an in-depth process for your large or ongoing recruitment drive with no recruitment fees per placement. By placing a seconded staff member in-house with you for the number of hours you require them, together we can develop a smart strategy for scaling-up your business. With our state of the art systems and expertise we can advise and develop your internal function.
