Contingency search offers the client an opportunity to register a vacancy at no initial cost with a higher fee attached to the placement of a successful candidate.
Time is often a key factor using this recruitment methodology and is best used for intermediate or mid-level roles. For more difficult roles to fill, this recruitment type is used on an ad-hoc basis allowing clients to be made aware of candidates that become available or start searching new roles.
JDT Recruitment engage with clients requiring specialised staff for a minimum of three months. Candidates enter into a three way agreement to work for JDT Recruitment seconded to the client on an hourly rate basis.
Candidates are covered with suitable indemnity insurance through their own means or through an external provider which covers white collar roles only.
